2012 A Grade Coaches Announced

Daniel Hunt Daniel Hunt
Secretary

As previously advertised, the North Fremantle Amateur Football Club was seeking expressions of interest for all coaching positions for 2012. After completing the interview process the club is now proud to announce our 2012 A Grade coaches.

Scott Misich will once again be the A League coach. This will be Scott’s 5th year as senior coach, in his previous 4 years as coach Scott has lead the club to 2 Grand Finals and is keen to atone for narrowly missing the finals in 2011.

After 3 straight premierships coaching the clubs third grade side and not having lost a game for 2 seasons, Tully Misich will take the reigns as A Reserves Coach. Tully has proven himself to be a great coach and motivator and the club is confident that he will be able to build on the recent success achieved by Shane Kiely and hopefully go 1 better in 2012.

The club is also pleased to announce that Chris Harris will again be the coach of the Phil Scott Colts. Chris along with Kevin Murphy put in an amazing recruiting effort in late 2010/2011 helping the club to field an unprecedented 3 colts sides. Although the Phil Scott colts did not make the finals in 2011, there were some very encouraging signs with the team beating some of the top sides in the competition. With most of the colts from 2011 being able to play colts once again in 2012, they are every chance to be pushing deep into the finals series.

The club is still seeking to appoint coaches for the lower grades and invites expressions for interest for the 3′s, 4′s and 5′s coaching positions as well as the 3rd colts position.

2012 will be an exciting year for the Maggies, make sure you are part of it. Regularly check the website and “Like” us on facebook to be kept up to date with all club news including pre season updates.
